We welcome special events at Woolrich House and Cottage, but we'd like to remind you that there are a few conditions to using the properties as wedding preparation stays:
Host Your Event at Woolrich House
Use Woolrich House for intimate events, bridal preparation under these conditions:
- Check-in 3:00pm / Check-out 12:00pm.
- Parking for max 3 cars onsite; 2 additional may park on the street.
- Maximum of 20 guests onsite.
- Caterers must remove all food items; no food waste left behind.
- Noise to be kept low after 10:00pm.
- No fireworks, confetti, flower petals, or wood/bead-fired BBQs.
- Smoke-free property.
- Confirmed bookings - up to 2 inspections or pre-booking inspections can be arranged for a refundable $80 per visit once a booking is confirmed
- Guests are responsible for child safety.
Security Bond
A $500 bond will be pre-authorised on your card and released after check-out if the property is left in good condition. Additional cleaning or repair costs will be charged if necessary.
Care of the Property
Enjoy your event, but please leave the property as you found it. Any damage, loss, or extra cleaning will be charged. Our goal is to keep Woolrich House beautiful for all guests.
