Tucked within a beautiful, park-like garden, Winter Rose is a charming hills haven located conveniently between Olinda village and Monbulk township. Please note that to preserve the tranquil environment and sensitive gardens, this property does not accommodate children or pets.

Flexible Boutique Lodging (Adults Only)
Winter Rose comfortably accommodates up to 4 adult guests within the base tariff across two distinct spaces:
- The Master Suite: Features a luxurious king bed, private ensuite, and garden views.
- The Waratah Room: A separate queen bedroom with its own ensuite, accessed from outside the main house for ultimate privacy.
- Extra Space: A separate main bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and bathtub. A single bed is available upon request in an area off the Master suite (additional fee applies).

Your Privacy & The Grounds
During your stay, you are warmly invited to wander, relax, and enjoy the shared park-like grounds. To keep the displays looking their best, our gardener may occasionally tend to areas further away from the house. We deeply value your comfort and privacy, which will always be fully respected.

Wood Fire Policy: From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
