Please note:  Upper Ngumby is a working vineyard and there will be workers present at times to tend to the vines - for the protection of the vines and safety of guests there is no access to the vineyard or the dam beyond. Please also be aware that occasional noise may occur from bird deterrent devices used within the vineyard. These operate intermittently to protect the crops. Thank you for your understanding.

Wedding Preparation Stays:
There are conditions for booking a stay at Upper Ngumby for wedding preparation and/or photography/videography stays. Please enquire before booking.

Wood Fire Policy: From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.

Security/Damage Bond: 

We do hold a bond of $1500 on your credit card for up to 7 days in case of damage or excess cleaning.
