Wood Fire Policy: We supply small amounts of firewood for enjoying a few hours per evening in front of the fire - the fireplace is for ambient enjoyment and the heat pump supplies the main source of heating. Extra firewood can be purchased by contacting our office.
From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
