- Our rates are based on two people sharing a room.
- If you want one person per room, or need an extra room, it's an additional $100 per stay.
- From $443 per night for 4 people sharing 2 rooms week nights
- From $557 per weekend nights for 4 people sharing 2 rooms

Event Policy: If you are planning your wedding preparation, or a small function (maximum number of guests is 20 - including those staying), there is an additional fee of $400 above the tariff to cover extra cleaning and extra rubbish removal, and the use of the home and gardens for photos. Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of a power outage, we do have back up methods for you to be able to access the property - the door is electronically controlled to open and close by a fob.

Wood Fire Policy: We supply small amounts of firewood for enjoying a few hours per evening in front of the fire - the fireplace is for ambient enjoyment and the hydronic system supplies the main source of heating. Extra firewood can be purchased by contacting our office.
From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
