Under new ownership since July 2023, we are a small independent bakery in the heart of Gembrook village.
We strive to make great pies, such as the famous Smoked Brisket pie and the divisive Widowmaker pie for the hotheads who like a chilli rush. We also like to experiment with some left-of-centre flavours from time to time.
We are proud of our sausage rolls, and have recently introduced a Bahn Mi inspired pork sausage roll which is a hit.
Our pastry chef is a magician at what she does, making some gorgeous sweet cakes and slices.
And to top it off we use locally roasted coffee for those needing a quick 'pick me up'.
