Established in 2016, Chieftains Smokehouse is a family owned and operated artisan smokehouse located in the scenic town of Cockatoo nestled in the Dandenong Ranges.

Our artisan smoked goods are made in a traditional European, style smoked over Australian Redgum wood. To make our smallgoods the best we can, we make all of our recipes and brines from scratch, this way we can ensure the best quality for our customers.
Because we believe that the best meat can be found in our own backyard, we work with suppliers who lead us to the best quality free-range meat from across Victoria.
